Time - cost of delivery
The products will be sent to the place you have indicated to us in the way you requested or agreed upon after our consultation with us.
The delivery time of your order for all destinations varies depending on the region from 2 to 5 working days and is calculated from the day of receipt in cases of orders paid on delivery, or the day of payment confirmation in cases of payment by debit/credit card.
It also depends on the availability of products in our warehouses.
Processing, preparation, pricing and ordering are carried out daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping costs depend on the shipping method, the destination of the order, and are always borne by the customer.
Cancellation of an order
The papadopoulos-sa.com e-shop is equipped with a mechanism for cancelling an order through the personal options menu.
Changes to orders are not accepted after their completion. If the customer wishes to make a change, he/she must cancel the order (as long as it has not been finalised) and proceed with a new order.

Withdrawal/Return
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original, perfect condition, i.e. with its packaging being intact.
In this case, you will be charged with the cost for returning the products.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request for their replacement, within 5 calendar days from the date you receive them, in case of a proven fault of the Company resulting in the delivery of other products or substantially different from those you ordered or within the deadline of 10 calendar days in case there was a defect in the product.

If the product or the entire order you return is accompanied by any free product, this must also be returned.
For all the above cases the products to be returned - replaced must be in the received condition, complete and without damage. Their packaging must be in excellent condition and all the accompanying documents of the product must be included.
You must also include in the package the receipt/invoice with which the purchase was made, or a photocopy of them.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept the return. If this is found after checking the product, then it will be returned to the sender at his/hers own expense.

In case of return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand with the way you chose to pay your order and on the other hand the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products, with return to your card if you made a card payment or by depositing in a bank account that you will indicate to us.

The user must complete and sign the withdrawal form (Return Form) within ten days.
